Jim is an expert in customer service and support with over twenty years of senior management experience providing services and support both to and for companies including IBM, Oracle, Dell Computer, StorageTek, Network Appliance, Intel, AMD, and Applied Materials.

Jim co-founded Oracle Extended Services, an internally funded Oracle start-up for outsourcing data management services. He also co-founded WorldChain, Inc., a supply chain software and services company. He is a co-founder of Codevelo, a software development tools services company. Jim holds both Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.
